Start of Care Consultation

Service Description

Our start of care consultation is pretty straightforward, our focus is to get you the care you need as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Its important that we evaluate your current needs and establish what is needed in order to start care. Our skilled services require various things, two of those critical components are 1) a Dr. or Nurse Practitioner order of care. 2) Information on insurance provider and plan of care. Our standard protocol is to have care initiated within 48 hours and it it's crucial that we have all the information necessary to start care.
